In pursuit of keeping with our mission, this year, the 2019 Dustin Lazowski Memorial Golf Outing is supporting two incredible causes. DLMF will be supporting Our House of Hope Animal Rescue and Pet Food Pantry and sponsoring a graduate of the Wisconsin Challenge Academy.

Our House of Hope Rescue Mission:
Our House of Hope of Rescue is a innovative prevention based animal welfare organization. Our House of Hope’s concentration is on animal rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming. They lead through example, community involvement and education.

We give a voice to our rescues and our public. During times of transition, we also provide support to our seniors, low income families, the disabled and our veterans. It is in this way that we give “HOPE” to the community in which we service and the rescues that may pass through our doors.

We are also granting a scholarship to a graduate of the Wisconsin Challenge Academy.

About The Wisconsin Challenge Academy:
The Wisconsin Challenge Academy is an alternative education program designed to reclaim the lives of at-risk youth and produce graduates with the values, skills, education and self-discipline necessary to succeed as adults.

“A Choice… A Challenge… A Change” The Wisconsin Challenge Academy is a residential program committed to improving the quality of life for Wisconsin’s teens. The National Guard’s Youth Challenge Program is designed to take selected at-risk youth and to intervene in their lives early enough to prevent drug use and criminal behavior from becoming a life-style.

The 2018 1st Annual Dustin Lazowski Memorial Golf Outing was a huge success!! Thank you to all that attended, supported and sponsored the event. DLMF raised money to support MADACC, Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission and we will continue to do so in 2019.

Dustin Lazowski Memorial Foundation is a registered Non for Profit 501(c)(3) in Illinois and Wisconsin.
